Product Description:
This part is manufactured from A356 aluminum alloy via the High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) process, forming a robust one-piece structure. As a premium Al-Si-Mg series casting alloy, A356 offers excellent fluidity, superior air-tightness, and low hot cracking tendency, achieving significant lightweighting while maintaining high structural strength.
It features a dual-flange configuration(upper flange, lower flange, and central connecting hub). The upper flange is equipped with multiple precision-machined mounting holes, allowing for secure bolted connections to external equipment or pipelines. Its center-through design accommodates the passage of shafts or conduits, meeting diverse installation requirements.

Production Process
This product is manufactured from A356 aluminum alloy via the High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)process, supplemented by precision CNC machiningto ensure structural strength and dimensional accuracy. The molds are engineered with precise shrinkage allowances to guarantee the geometric stability of the flange.
After the casting blank is formed, secondary CNC finishing is performed on critical surfaces, including the sealing face, mounting holes, and locating boss (pilot). This process eliminates casting tolerances, ensuring the flatness of the flange face and the accuracy of hole positions. It guarantees a perfect fit with pipes or equipment, effectively eliminating potential leakage risks.
After completing all the casting processing, we carried out dimensional inspection and X-ray internal flaw detection to ensure that all dimensions and qualities were qualified. And provide the customer with material reports and size reports.
