Founded in 1995, Qingdao Qiangsenyuan Technology Co.,Ltd.(QSY) initially focused on manufacturing die casting molds, with nearly 30 years of unremitting efforts, we have grown from a small workshop to a manufacturer with 2 production bases with professional exporting capability. Factory covers an area of over 5,000m².

We have been producing high-pressure die-casting products since 2000, and successfully developed our patented process - squeeze casting in 2018. Our products are widely used in automobiles, electronics, agriculture, automotive, machinery and other fields.

We aim to provide customers with one-stop customized casting processing services. Still now, we have cooperated with clients in various fields in more than 20 countries.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

* With 30 years of experience in mold design and casting processing, and over 50 engineers and production personnel, we provide one-stop production services.
* Our 5000m² clean and tidy production workshop meets both ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications, providing our employees with a clean and safe production environment.
* We meet both ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications, demonstrating our stringent production and management standards.
* 7 die-casting production lines, equipped with various specifications of die-casting equipment, meet the product needs of different customers and ensure on-time delivery.
* We are equipped with post-processing equipment such as ultrasonic cleaning equipment, shot blasting equipment, sandblasting equipment, and grinding equipment. This meets our customers' stringent requirements for the cleanliness and smoothness of parts surfaces.
* We have more than 40 machining centers and various machining equipment to provide post-processing services for castings.
* We are equipped with a complete set of testing equipment, including coordinate measuring machine(CMM), spectrometers, X-ray flaw detectors, Brinell hardness testers, tensile testing machines, and helium leak detectors, to ensure the quality of our manufactured parts.
* Our independently developed squeeze casting process, combined with our degassing and slag-removing raw material mixing furnace and our T6 heat treatment system, can produce high-density, high-strength parts, meeting customers' stringent requirements for part dimensional accuracy, internal porosity, mechanical strength, and weldability.
