Our CNC machining service process
1. Customer need to provide detailed drawings of the parts to be produced.
Note: This includes 3D drawings, three-view drawings, and material specifications.
2. Our mechanical engineers will design a detailed machining process based on the drawings.
Note: Confirm clamping based on the part structure, whether custom clamping tools and cutting tools are needed, machining steps, machining time, etc.
3. Raw Material Preparation.
Note: We have high-quality raw material suppliers who provide casting raw materials with qualified and stable composition. We also conduct our own spectral analysis to ensure the material composition is up to standard.
4. Production sample inspection to ensure part quality.
Note: We will machining a small number of samples to test the part's appearance, dimensions, and mechanical properties to ensure its quality.
5. Mass Production of Parts.
6. Surface Cleaning Treatment.
7. Surface Treatment.
Note: We can perform surface treatments such as painting, powder coating, electrophoresis, and anodizing according to customer specifications.
8. Parts Quality Inspection.
Note: Finished parts undergo random or full inspection to ensure the casting parts are up to standard.
