Product Description:
This product is manufactured in a single step using a die-casting process. It features a round metal tube socket structure, with a hinge pin, ball joint, or bolt-locking mechanism located inside or at the center. Set screw/screw holes are provided on the side, allowing the round tube to be inserted and then locked firmly in place. It enables fast, weld-free assembly and supports angle adjustment or universal rotation. Once installed, the structure is stable and easy to assemble and disassemble.

Production Process
The round tube clamping mouth, open clamping slot, hinge ears / ball joint cavity, corner fillet transitions, reinforcing ribs, and surface markings are all formed directly by die casting. Shaft holes and threaded holes can be pre-cast and then finished by precision machining. Post-processing: gate, slag bag, and flash burr removal → shot blasting / vibratory finishing / sand blasting → drilling, tapping, reaming, or rivet/screw assembly.
After all casting and machining operations are completed, we conduct dimensional inspection and X-ray internal defect detection to ensure that all dimensions and quality meet the requirements. Material reports and dimensional reports are provided to customers.
