Product Description:
This floor drain lid is manufactured from ADC12 aluminum alloy via standard high-pressure die casting. It features a radial/star-shaped slotted design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also ensures efficient water drainage while providing slip resistance. Compared to cast iron or stainless steel alternatives, the ADC12 material significantly reduces weight, making handling and installation easier. ADC12 offers inherent corrosion resistance, and when combined with appropriate surface treatments, it performs reliably in damp drainage environments.

Manufacturing Process
This product is manufactured through high-pressure die casting of ADC12 aluminum alloy, which utilizes the material’s excellent fluidity to accurately reproduce complex structural details such as the radial grate pattern and R5 corner radii. After degating, vibratory finishing, and meticulous manual deburring to completely remove parting line flash and sharp edges, the surface is uniformly sandblasted to enhance texture. Finally, natural color anodizing is carried out in strict accordance with the drawing requirements, significantly improving surface hardness, weather resistance, and corrosion protection while retaining the aluminum’s metallic luster. This ensures the product delivers high strength, operational safety, and long service life in outdoor drainage environments.
Finished products are subject to random dimensional inspection to verify compliance with assembly requirements. Each unit is then cleaned, securely packaged, and shipped together with the Material Certificate and Dimensional Inspection Report.
