Product Description:

A bearing sea manufactured by ADC12 aluminum alloy die casting, featuring a cylindrical or disc-shaped body with a central through-bore, plus locating holes and slotted notches distributed on the end face.

Structural Features:

1. Central Through-Bore:Serving as the bearing mounting seat, the bore wall shows concentric turning marks with a smooth finish and stable dimensions, ensuring coaxiality and assembly accuracy.

2. Annular Step & Raised Ring (Spigot):An annular step and a raised ring spigot are provided on the outer edge and face for assembly positioning, axial location, or sealing fit.

3. Slots & Notches:Irregular slots and notches are arranged around the bore to serve anti-misassembly (poka-yoke), circumferential positioning, interference clearance, or weight reduction.

4. End-Face Mounting Holes:Small through-holes are distributed across the face for screw fastening, pin location, or connection with mating components.

5. Internal Thread & Annular Groove (Cylindrical Type):On cylindrical variants, the inner wall features internal threads or annular grooves for threaded engagement, circlip / retaining-ring installation, or oil / air passage.

Production Process

The part is produced in a single shot on a cold-chamber die casting machine, enabling features such as bosses, slots, notches, holes and surface markings to be cast directly into the component. The shaft bore and critical mating surfaces then undergo precision finishing — including CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping and reaming — to guarantee bore accuracy, coaxiality and geometric tolerances for assembly.

After all casting and machining operations are completed, we conduct dimensional inspection and X-ray internal defect detection to ensure that all dimensions and quality meet the requirements. Material reports and dimensional reports are provided to customers.
