Product Description:
This component is a flange-type structural part manufactured by ADC12 aluminum alloy die casting. Featuring a symmetrical structure with uniform wall thickness, it delivers an optimal balance of strength, rigidity and lightweight performance.
Structural Features:
1. Central Through-Hole & Concentric Boss
Serving as the bearing housing / shaft-system mounting position, it ensures coaxiality and assembly accuracy. The bore wall is machined to achieve a smooth surface finish and stable dimensional accuracy.
2. Radial Reinforcing Ribs
Ribs radiate outward from the center, effectively enhancing the plate's resistance to deformation.
3. Arc-Shaped Lightening Slots
These cutouts reduce overall weight while improving heat dissipation and chip/debris evacuation, combining functional performance with an appealing appearance.
4. Outer-Ring Mounting Lugs & Holes
Uniformly distributed around the circumference for easy positioning and rapid assembly into the complete machine.
5. Bright Machined Surfaces
The inner and outer diameters and all critical mating surfaces are finished by CNC precision machining, while the remaining surfaces retain the original die-cast texture — balancing precision with cost efficiency.

Production Process
The part is formed in a single shot using a cold-chamber die casting machine, with machine tonnage ranging from 160T to 800T.By strictly controlling process parameters — injection force, injection speed, die temperature and dwell time — features such as the boss, reinforcing ribs, lightening slots, side holes, thread pilot holes and surface markings are all formed directly in the casting, ensuring dimensional stability, sharp contour definition and a dense, sound microstructure. The as-cast shaft bore, threaded holes and critical mating surfaces then undergo precision finishing, including CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping and reaming, to guarantee that bore accuracy, coaxiality and geometric tolerances fully meet assembly requirements.
After all casting and machining operations are completed, we conduct dimensional inspection and X-ray internal defect detection to ensure that all dimensions and quality meet the requirements. Material reports and dimensional reports are provided to customers.
