Stellite alloy extrusion dies are used in hot continuous extrusion production lines to extrude copper flats or copper rods, and are the first choice for extrusion of copper and aluminum profiles. Extrusion dies are also critical components in the process of extruding plastic, aluminum and other materials. Stellite extrusion module has good thermal hardness at 500-800°C, good wear resistance, and better toughness than cemented carbide. It is especially suitable for continuous extruders.
