Product Description:

This product is manufactured using precision extrusion dies, featuring mechanical interlocking edges that allow for seamless overlapping during installation. It is secured with specialized self-drilling screws (pre-installed with mounting holes), providing superior wind uplift resistance far exceeding that of traditional clay tiles.

Constructed from A356-T6 tempered aluminum alloy, it boasts a tensile strength of up to 310 MPa and a yield strength of 276 MPa. Compared to standard pure aluminum (e.g., 1060) or 3003 anti-rust aluminum, this tile offers significantly higher rigidity. It demonstrates enhanced resistance to wind pressure and snow loads, ensuring long-term structural stability without deformation.

Process Description:

For this type of roofing tile featuring complex undulating curves and integrated reinforcing ribs, the manufacturing process typically employs "Squeeze Casting + T6 Heat Treatment Strengthening."

This specific process ensures internal grain refinement and straight, continuous metal flow lines within the material. Consequently, the final product achieves significantly higher strength and superior wind uplift resistance compared to conventional sand-cast aluminum.

Surface Treatment:

Sandblasting + Passivation. The sandblasting process creates a uniform matte texture, while passivation enhances the surface corrosion resistance.


After completing all the casting and machining processes, we performed coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection and X-ray internal flaw detection to ensure that all dimensions and quality met the required standards.
