Production Process
1. ADC12 Dual-Cavity Ball Socket Clamp Base
For this fixture base featuring dual ball sockets (hemispherical grooves), lateral threaded holes, and a bottom mounting plane, manufacturing is executed via high-pressure die casting (HPDC) using ADC12 alloy. Critical mating surfaces undergo CNC machining to ensure high-precision hole dimensions and positional accuracy. The final finish is achieved through UV coating for enhanced surface protection and aesthetics.
2. 6061-T6 Precision Ball Joint Link Rod
This is a high-precision CNC machined component. The part is machined in a single setup to guarantee the geometric accuracy (concentricity and perpendicularity) between the ball head and the center hole. It is subsequently heat treated to T6 temper to achieve optimal mechanical strength, followed by clear anodizing for corrosion resistance.
This assembly represents a classic "Machined Moving Part + Die-Cast Fixed Housing" interface, balancing dynamic flexibility with structural rigidity.
