Technology introduction:
Cobalt-based alloy is a cemented carbide resistant to various types of wear and corrosion as well as high temperature oxidation. Cobalt-based alloys are a class of alloys with cobalt as the main component, containing a considerable amount of nickel, chromium, tungsten, and a small amount of alloying elements such as molybdenum, niobium, tantalum, titanium, lanthanum, and occasionally iron.
Stellite alloy castings are suitable for nuclear power, petrochemical, electric power, battery, glass, light industry, food and many other fields. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance. Commonly used products include valve cores, valve seats, shafts, shaft sleeves, pump parts, glass, battery molds, nozzles and cutting tools, etc.
1. Can be customized according to the customer's drawing requirements;
2. Linear tolerance: ±0.01mm; Angle accuracy: ± 1/2 °; Surface gloss: Ra1.6-3.2;
3. Wide range of applications. Suitable for various industries that require wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance;
Tribaloy T400 chemical composition: Co:Margin;Cr:9%;Mo:29%;Si:2.5%
Tribaloy T800 chemical composition: Co:Margin;Cr:17.5%;Mo:28.5%;Si:3.4%
Packaging:
Carton, Wooden Pallets, Polywooden case, or as your requirement.
Application:
Components of chemical valves and pumps, automotive exhaust valves and thermal processing tools in the steel industry, sealing surface materials for steam valves and chemical valves, sinker roller sleeves, alloys for injection molding machine screws, parts in contact with hot steel, molten metal corrosion Fields (liquid aluminum, liquid zinc, liquid lead), combustion chambers and afterburners of aviation gas turbines. Cobalt alloys are very resistant to molten zinc and tin alloys and are used in the die-casting and electro-galvanizing industries.
