Technology introduction:
UMCo50 is used in forging nozzles of residue gasification furnaces in petrochemical plants, high temperature and high pressure valves, internal combustion engine exhaust valves, sealing surfaces, chain saw guide plates, plasma spray welding, high temperature molds, steam turbine blades, furnace components, etc.
1. Can be customized according to the customer's drawing requirements;
2. Linear tolerance: ±0.01mm; Angle accuracy: ± 1/2 °; Surface gloss: Ra1.6-3.2;
3. Wide range of applications. Suitable for various industries that require wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance;
UMCo-50 chemical composition:
Co：48%-52%；Cr：27.0%-29.0%；Fe：Margin；Si：0.5%-1.0%；Mn：0.5%-1.0%；C：0.05%-0.12%；P：≤0.02%；S：≤0.02%
Optional material:
Stellite alloy: ST1、ST4、ST6、ST6K、ST8、ST12、ST19、ST20、ST21、ST31、ST100、ST694、TP80、etc.
Tribaloy alloy: T400、T800、etc.
All materials are with material certificates, in compliance with international material specifications and material substitution levels.
