Product Description:

The component features a large-diameter cylindrical through-cavity at its center. One end is fitted with a circular flange (with four evenly spaced mounting through-holes), while the opposite end or side extends into an irregular mounting bracket (triangular/elongated lug), forming an offset transition or bent-pipe configuration overall.

The side lug is equipped with multiple sets of internal threaded holes and hollow triangular reinforcing ribs, balancing lightweight design with connection rigidity. Auxiliary fixing holes are additionally provided on the bottom or side for multi-directional assembly.

The inner bore and flange sealing surface undergo precision machining (turning/boring), delivering high surface finish to ensure proper fit and sealing performance. All edges are deburred.

Production Process

Manufactured by high-pressure die casting in one piece, forming the main body, flange, lug, and reinforcing ribs in a single operation. Subsequent CNC machining (turning the flange face and inner bore, drilling, tapping, and milling the mounting surfaces flat) ensures thread accuracy and sealing surface flatness. The core challenges lie in controlling the internal quality of thick-to-thin wall transition zones and maintaining the geometric tolerances of the flange and inner bore, which demands precise coordination among die casting process, mold design, and post-machining operations.


After all casting and machining operations are completed, we conduct dimensional inspection and X-ray internal defect detection to ensure that all dimensions and quality meet the requirements. Material reports and dimensional reports are provided to customers.
