Product Name:
Zinc Alloy Die Casting Industrial Structural Components
Product Description:
This series of products is manufactured using high-quality, eco-friendly Zamak 5 zinc alloy through a high-precision, high-pressure die casting process. The product line encompasses a wide range of complex geometries, including but not limited to reinforced brackets, multi-hole mounting blocks, and grid-style support frames.
The surface is treated with fine sandblasting or electrophoresis (E-coating), presenting a uniform matte black finish. These components offer exceptional dimensional accuracy and superior mechanical performance, making them the ideal structural solution for architectural hardware, furniture fittings, and security equipment sectors.

Process Description:
The part structure—featuring multiple vertical columns, deep cavities, and grid-style reinforcing ribs—is characteristic of a complex die casting. The excellent fluidity of the zinc alloy makes it ideally suited for forming such intricate geometries with thin walls and complex recesses. This allows for one-time net-shape molding, eliminating the need for subsequent welding or splicing.
Key Technical Challenges:
Deep Cavity Venting:
The grid structure inside the rectangular part on the right side is relatively deep, making venting a significant challenge. Additional vent plugs must be strategically placed at the top or sides of the mold to facilitate air evacuation.
Rib Thickness Control:
The thickness of the ribs on the left-side part must be strictly controlled (typically maintained at 1/2 to 2/3 of the wall thickness) to prevent shrinkage porosity caused by inadequate feeding during solidification.
Hole Position Accuracy:
The column sections with circular holes demand extremely high precision in mold insert machining and shot stability. Precision CNC machining is required post-casting to guarantee the final assembly hole pitch and positional accuracy.
After completing all the casting and machining processes, we performed coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection and X-ray internal flaw detection to ensure that all dimensions and quality met the required standards.
Packaging and shipping
After all tests are completed and passed, we will package and ship the products. We will maintain order tracking and customer follow-up, provide the most professional after-sales service, and constantly pay attention to customer suggestions and new needs.
